At NYC Sports and Spine we believe in this saying. We aim to create an opportunity for kids to learn and explore new movements in a fun, safe environment. Utilizing games and drills, students learn the fundamental movement patterns and lay positive associations with physical activity. Building one's confidence, strength, coordination, and balance in their body provides the foundation to living healthy lives into adulthood. 



We specialize in teaching fundamentals of sprinting, jumping, landing, coordination, and strengthening to children aged 6 years old and up. 


We can accommodate class sizes from 6 - 20 people and form pods for kids in the same school. We currently have classes in the UES, UWS, West Harlem, and Central Park. 


Our coaches are highly skilled in kettlebell, speed development, acceleration, strength and conditioning for children and adults.
